Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of the Xarmo website and the browser games currently made available through it.

Related policies: Privacy and Data Collection form part of this policy framework.

Use of the site

You may use Xarmo for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, misuse automated requests or use the site in a way that harms others.

Games and availability

The games are under active development. Features, rules, scores and availability may change. Preview and experimental releases may contain defects or incomplete functionality.

No guarantees

Xarmo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Continuous availability, error-free operation, preservation of local progress and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Xarmo’s original code, branding, text, artwork and game content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party services, fonts and libraries remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Fair play and misuse

Do not exploit defects, manipulate scoring systems, interfere with other users or falsely represent automated or modified results as ordinary gameplay.

Future accounts and purchases

Xarmo does not currently offer public accounts or purchases. Additional terms, refund information and platform-specific conditions will be published before those features are introduced.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer protections.
